Malcolm Mills is a NYC-based filmmaker, writer, actor, and composer. As a director, his debut short film VR Food stars comedian John Early (HBO's Now More than Ever) and won 'Best Midnight Short' at Nightmares Film Festival 2019 and the Golden Tentacle at BizarroLand 2020. Mills has acted in over thirty film projects, including the features The Spine of Night (SXSW 2021), Tenured (Tribeca 2015), and They Remain (HP Lovecraft Festival 2017); 'Best Actor' film festival awards include GenreBlast 2020 (VR Food), Grindsploitation 2020 and PDXtreme 2019 (Mama's Boy), Liberty Massacre Horror 2018 (Peculiar Thud), and the Austin Comedy Short Film Festival 2010 (Yikes). He has written & directed several features and pilots currently in post-production with Stonestreet Studios, the upcoming Dark Parks, Strega, and Gutter or Butter.
