Gil Zabarsky is an award-winning actor, writer, and audition coach. He's a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where he was awarded the "Outstanding Achievement in Studio" Award. There, he studied at both the Atlantic Acting School and Stonestreet Studios.

His short film, TEACHER OF THE YEAR (co-starring Rachel Dratch), and the feature version, TENURED (co-starring Kate Flannery and Marc Evan Jackson) both premiered at Tribeca Film Festival. TENURED won the audience award at the Maui Film Festival, before being acquired by Netflix and then, eventually, Amazon Prime. Gil co-created IT'S A HIT!, a TV pilot for The Orchard, which won the Virgin Produced Award at SeriesFest. It co-starred Abby Elliot, Tim Matheson, and Tyler Hilton. Gil recently completed writing a feature for Disney, CARVED, and had his short film, BEAR GIRL, run on Freeform, FX, and FXX as part of Bite-Size Halloween, for Huluween. It has surpassed 3.5 million views on Freeform's Twitter account.

Gil currently has two pilots in development, SEEING RED with Burn Later Productions, and MY COUSIN GENIE with Canadian production company Anaid, and recently wrapped production on a starring role in HAUNTOLOGY, a horror film that co-stars Zoey Luna, Naomi Grossman, and Samantha Robinson. HAUNTOLOGY has secured a distributor and will be released later this year. He has another feature, SLAY ANYTHING, currently in pre-production.

Gil's work has been featured nationally on ABC, Freeform, FX, and FXX, and internationally on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Funny or Die, and United Airlines flights. He is repped by Heroes and Villains Entertainment.
